Johnson, the Ah Beng!
on tuesday, i finally finished my last project presentation, which was on developing a video and website on a theme we select ourselves as a team. ok, my team's theme (wa, sounds weird) is SCIvivor. get it? get it?! SCI... School of Communication and Information... den survivor... MUAHAHA~ *crow crowing~~*
ok, anyway, each of us take on a stereotypical role and explored our most extragerated acting skills. There's a nerd, a slut, a sweetie pie, and a beng. no prizes for guessing wut role i took on.
anyway, for the website, we're supposed to hav a profile for ourselves, so got lynette to be in charged of that area. and BOY, i had fun reading wut i was supposed to be.

Johnson grew up in the heartlands of Choa Chu Kang, and in his two decades of living in the area, he has created a niche for himself as a powerful gang leader. Kids playing in his void deck "territory" pay him protection fees to get warnings from possible policemen looking to fine them. He is a natural leader, and seeks power to satisfy himself.
Johnson has been to schools such as Yusof Ishak and later on, ITE west. In his years of schooling, he has decided to be a car mechanic, triggered by his great love for flashy cars and neon car lightings, as well as body kits.
Johnson is not much of a sports person, his ability to do well in the gangster world is his commanding presence, and his loyalty towards his friends. His strategy is to appear like a natural leader and fight all the way to the top, and hopefully people would see him as a deserving winner at the end of the game.
WHOOT! i wonder will this be me if i hadn't gone to Chinese High... hahahaha~

Procrastination...
... has finally caught up on me.
so many things to do, so many deadlines to meet. and every hour of my 24 hours a day seem to be preoccupied with something. i need some space for myself leh. i need some time which i can use to plan a big scale retreat for myself, and not those miserable 1 hour breaks in between every meeting/tutorial/lectures/rehearsals/phone calls/meals.
i'm really starting to dread handphones and msns. recently i've adopted the habit of switching off handphones when i don't want ppl to contact me, especially during meetings, toilet breaks, but weirdly i leave it turned on during my lectures and sleeping times. but i've decided to quit msn-ing for a while.
dear readers, i'm so sorry i havent been updating. damn it la~ the little things hor, i feel damn waste of time to write in here la, den those that are worth my time with take up too much of it together with my brain power. so, altho a lot of things happen, but didn't blog down. but let's see now, what have u guys missed out?
1) CS111 Proj meeting at Youth Park (1st Oct 2005)
went down to Youth Park and stayed there the entire day together wif Hashirin and Serene, most of the time trying to work out our presentation at the Starbucks cafe. finally gone down to Orchard since sch started, that's like 3 months ago! gosh.
and, ya, concluded Youth Park sucks.
2) Hall Prod Canvassing (1) - Garang Guni (2nd Oct 2005)
woke up damn early on sunday to rush down to... *GASP* Hougang! oh my goodness, that's like Planet Pluto for me? and the journey wasted 2 hours of my QING CHUN! damn it, eyebags are really growing.
was in the same group together wif kw, weizong, alan, junyang and jiaying. had quite a lot of fun and enjoyed myself, especially when weizong started treating us all the tidbits and drinks, and when an auntie offered me and weizong her own home-cooked CHENG TENG! i love her, oh, and her cheng teng. *hehz*
my white OBS polo tee was damn black at the end of the day, and since there's still something else at night, i resorted to buying cheap giordano tees and polos. spent $25 on two, damn cheapskate hor? sale ma.
3) Hall Prod Canvassing (2) - Tiger Beer Night (2nd Oct 2005)
i tink most of u received my call to ask u to come down all the way to Serangoon Gardens' Secret Garden Pub. it was a competition held by Tiger Beer to see who can get the most number of people to come down. dun noe if we could win.
drank a lot of booze, especially after getting irritated by a particular someone. was feeling damn tipsy. had hangover the next day sia~
4) Filming for Keat Wei and Shuyi (3rd Oct 2005)
acted in keat wei's short film. it was a ghost story, but the process made me feel like i'm acting in a porn flick. i was forced into the weird positions, including getting stuck under a table while using a laptop. weird, but fun. haha~
had to wake up early next morning to continue filming. was feeling damn shagged. skipped my cs102 tutorial. oh no.
5) Hall Prod rehearsals
Finally started, but i'm really not getting the hang of it. perhaps because i dun really like to command ppl around, esp since i have seniors in my cast. dun noe, hopefully shall get it soon.
and how shall i motivate myself to get my cast to do vocal training~? mmmm~
6) CS111 Proj (6th Oct 2005)
FINALLY IT'S OVER! oh my goodness, it's finally over! the most stressful project of all my modules this sem! gosh~ i'm so glad, so damn glad. and brenda likes our presentation. tink she likes our group oso. haha~ she came over to chit chat wif us at the bus stop after the tutorial. phew~ i'm just so relieved.
7) Met up wif YH
after so long, i finally met up wif YH who has jus started his recess week. there was kw and jer oso. watched The Skeleton Key. not much comments for the night. will get censored anyway, might as well do self-censorship.
i'm giving myself a break today (8th Oct 2005) by sleeping all day, watching Corpse Bride with Mum tomorrow. btw, mum came back from Malaysia liao and i'm just feeling quite relieved nothing happened. i also feel so uncomfortable when she goes overseas alone.
heck la, noticed how choppy my words are? i'm feeling damn sian now actually. like after tomorrow morning, everyday is returning back to the hectic pace. FOURTEENTH OF NOVEMBER! YOU BETTER COME QUICK!
